How much can I get for my home?

At Homes In Arms we always treat our customers with utmost respect and dignity. When receiving a fair and competitive offer for your home there are various factors that can determine the value of your home such as: current condition of the home, current market conditions, and more.

How fast can I get an offer?

Once you have completed our questionnaire you can expect an offer in as little as 24 hours.

How fast can we close?

This process all depends on how motivated you are willing to let us solve your situation. We can close in as little as 10-15 days, a turnaround time that isn't typically offered in traditional home selling where many parties are involved.

When do I get compensated?

When we present an offer for your property, in which you choose to accept, we typically provide an earnest money deposit. This deposit serves as a demonstration of our seriousness in purchasing your home. We proceed by initiating the official closing process through an escrow agent, who oversees the transfer of title at an attorney's office. After the deed is recorded the escrow agent will write you a check and you will get compensated. This is very similar to a traditional transaction in which the escrow company ensures both parties are protected. Mind you, this entire process takes 60
